✓ Archival packaging for safe delivery

WHAT YOU ARE LICENSED TO DO:
✓ Display the print in your home, office, or private space
✓ Gift or resell the physical print (first sale doctrine applies)
✓ Photograph the print for personal, non-commercial sharing on social media with credit to Ninth Digital Element

WHAT YOU ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO:
✗ Scan, photograph, or digitally reproduce the artwork for any purpose
✗ Create derivative works, adaptations, or merchandise featuring the artwork
✗ Use the artwork for commercial purposes (advertising, products, branding, etc.)
✗ Share, distribute, or upload the artwork to stock sites, AI training datasets, or public repositories
✗ Remove or alter the Certificate of Authenticity or any branding elements

INFRINGEMENT NOTICE:
All artworks are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office under Group Registration GR2D. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including statutory damages up to $150,000 per work under 17 U.S.C. § 504.
